Kent native trio punk band Lady Bird smashed their early afternoon slot on The Pit stage. A crowd of early risers and enthusiastic ones at that, the performance was filled with aggressive punk-rock anthems like ‘Social Potions’ and new track ‘Boot Fillers’ only released two days ago. The crowd indulged in chaotic mosh pits and proved it’s never too early for some foot-tapping indie-punk hits.

The three-piece’s talent has earned them a signing to Slaves’ record label Girl Fight Records. They’re extremely animated and lively on stage, with drummer Joe Walker shaking his head furiously as he smashes at his drum kit. This is just what we need to wake ourselves up on a Sunday afternoon.
