Ticketmaster mobile tickets

Weekend & Day Tickets and Early Entry Passes sold via Ticketmaster & readingfestival.com will now be 100% mobile, and you will not receive tickets in the post.

For Reading customers who booked via Big Green Coach, See Tickets, Reading Hexagon, Pollen and Camping Plus will still be posted a physical ticket.

We’d just like to let you know that all Weekend Tickets and Early Entry Passes for Reading Festival 2021 will now be mobile tickets only and you will not receive your tickets in the post.

Ticketmaster will refund the difference in delivery fee back to the card used at the time of booking.

If you have also booked a car park or campervan pass you will still receive your hanger in the mail and must bring it with you to avoid being recharged on arrival at the festival.

You can locate your Weekend tickets and/or Early Entry Pass in your Ticketmaster account, or in the Ticketmaster App. As your tickets are mobile, they will not be emailed to you or available for print.

Please keep in mind that the barcodes might not display until closer to the event.
