Perth’s latest export The Faim kicked off The Pit/The Lock Up stage with an electric set jam-packed with energy and alt-rock anthems. Sparked off by a dramatic drum solo and added to by Josh Raven’s infectious energy, the tent filled up quickly with enthusiastic festival goers looking for the next big thing. Having not played a show for a while, The Faim gave it their all and saved their foot-stomper anthems, such as latest track ‘Summer Is a Curse’, for a wide-eyed and lively audience. Crowd jumping tunes and thumping beats mixed with Josh Raven’s powerful vocals surely gave us all the feels on Friday afternoon.
