Madrid’s greatest export all-girl band Hinds smashed their Sunday evening slot on the Festival Republic stage.

The Spanish indie-rock powerhouse brought their lo-fi, DIY sound to a crowd packed with seasoned fans wanting a slice of their garage-rock carefree vibe.

With two albums now under their belts, the girls had plenty of tracks to add to their setlist. From opener ‘The Club’ and other tracks such as ‘Finally Floating’ and smash-hit ‘New For You’, these were all taken from their new banger of a record ‘I Don’t Run.’

Older tracks like ‘Chili Town’ and ‘Easy’ showed us not to forget about ‘Leave Me Alone’, and makes us excited for future releases by the girls.

Their music may have evolved, but they’re still well-known for their lively high-energy performances. It’s plain to see the girls have so much passion and love to give to their fans, which makes us adore them even more.

They’re so effortlessly cool it makes us want to be best friends with them all – we can dream I suppose!
