Megra

Megra is an artist at the top of his game. In a short space of time, the Swedish DJ and producer won over heavyweight DJs like Four Tet, Ben UFO, Joy Orbison, Caribou and Jamie XX and has become a firm favourite across the R1 Dance shows. Each release embodies its own boisterous personality, a snapshot into both the future and the past. You might hear Four Tet spinning a track at his glorious All Dayer party at Finsbury Park or another sending earthquakes through the grimey dance-floors of Jamie XX’s The Floor functions.

Following the success of his debut project 1:M – labelled “Truly Vital” by Clash Magazine and supported in Pitchfork, Crack Magazine, Dazed, NME – Megra capped off a stellar year with the release of his 2nd EP entitled 2:M which came out 12th December via Method 808.

Megra’s music hints at everything from UK garage, dubstep, heavy-hitting techno to the dizzying heights of jungle but always manages to stay secured in his own lane. The newest family member of key London imprint Method 808, he joins rising club icons Marlon Hoffstadt, Shanti Celeste, and yunè pinku. He played his Warehouse Project debut in 2024 alongside Floating Points, Jyoty, DJ Boring and more top tier DJ’s.
