Rage Against The Machine

This is the band that Reading and Leeds goers have been asking for since they reformed to play in the USA last year and we have got them. RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE are back. Their past performances at Reading are the stuff of legend and their reformation for Coachella last year demonstrated that RAGE were a band that could still cause controversy and energise political debate. Coachella saw the band decry the Bush administrations actions in Iraq and draw hostile fire from the US right wing media for the declaration that the president should be tried for war crimes. 

The world has missed a band like RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE and their return is a stark reminder of the power of music to change opinion and influence debate. As anyone privileged to see the band will testify, they remain one of the world’s most accomplished live acts and their canon of songs retains the fire that burns at the heart of this very special headliner. This is the band’s ONLY ENGLISH FESTIVAL PERFORMANCES THIS YEAR.
