Joining Wiley as a fellow headliner on the new BBC Radio 1xtra stage will be Devlin.  Dagenham-based rapper Devlin returns to the Festivals with his sideways social commentary and formidable flow. Having just scored a Top 10 single with 'Rewind', he's leading the UK's next generation of rap stars.
